Make your Own YugiOh card Create10

Effects:
This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card card can only be special summoned by removing from play 1 monarch monster you control, negate any eff that targets this card during it's special summon. when this card is special summoned successfully select and activate one of the following effects: - Remove from play 1 card on the field and 1 card from the top of your opponent deck. - Remove from play upto 3 cards in your opponent's hand. - Remove from play upto 4 cards in your opponent's graveyard.

Very nice one (but you better write "effect" on the card description not just eff) hahaaa I wanna put this in my deck!
